CleanOrbit

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

Draft for legal review. This text describes how CleanOrbit works today, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be before real customers use the service. Items in [brackets] are still to be filled in.

Using CleanOrbit

CleanOrbit is business software for cleaning companies. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your company, and you confirm you are allowed to do so.

Accounts

Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite. Each person should use their own login.

Free trial and subscriptions

New companies start with a 14-day free trial. After that, continued full use needs a paid plan, billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period [refund and cancellation terms to be confirmed]. If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period before access is limited. Limited access keeps your data readable and lets employees clock in and out, but blocks other changes.

Your data

Your company data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you enter, including having the right to track employee time and location.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data, or interfere with its operation.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. [Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability to be provided by counsel.]

Changes and contact
