Draft for legal review. This text describes how CleanOrbit works today, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be before real customers use the service. Items in [brackets] are still to be filled in.
Who we are
CleanOrbit is operated by MultiOrbit ([legal business name and address]). Contact: [privacy contact email].
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and login details.
- Company data you enter: clients, sites, jobs, proposals, invoices, employees, documents and similar records. Each company's data is separated from every other company's.
- Work-time data: clock-in and clock-out times. Location is collected only while a shift is active and only if your company turns it on; it stops at clock-out and is deleted after the retention period set by your company [retention period to be confirmed].
- Billing data: plan and subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by CleanOrbit.
How we use it
To run the service, secure accounts, send invitations and service emails, and process payments. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices
You can ask your company administrator, or us at [privacy contact email], to access, correct or delete your data. Company owners can ask us to delete their company's data [deletion process to be confirmed].
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited by role, and companies cannot see each other's data. No online service can promise perfect security.
